Payment Methods:

Cash: For in-person transactions, cash payments are accepted at our designated payment counters.

Payment Schedule:
Payment for services are made in advance, either on a monthly or term basis, depending on the selected package. Specific payment schedules will be communicated during enrollment and can be discussed with our administrative staff to accommodate individual preferences.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hrs before the appointment to avoid session and/or additional fees. Fees include but are not limited to the price of the session.

Late Payments:

Late Payment Fee: In the case of repeated late payments, a nominal late payment fee may be applied.
Suspension of Services: If payment remains outstanding beyond a reasonable period, your sessions may be temporarily suspended until the account is settled.
Refund Policy:
Fees for services are not refundable, but may be applied to future appointments. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality services.

All payment-related information, such as credit card details and bank account numbers, will be handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.
